By visiting www.diyawards.com("Site"), you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions ("Agreement") described below. You agree to be legally bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. This agreement also applies to your purchase of products and/or services sold by the DIYawards entities in the United States. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please do not access or use this Site.

Other Documents: This Agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and DIYawards.
- Payment Terms:
Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within DIYawards's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by DIYawards, payment must be received by DIYawards prior to DIYawards's acceptance of an order. Payment for products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by DIYawards. Your order is subject to cancellation by DIYawards, at DIYawards's sole discretion.
- Warranties:
All products sold through DIYawards are "AS IS" or "WITH ALL FAULTS." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or DIYawards, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
- Return Policies:
Exchanges. DIYawards values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products (excluding engraved or imprinted products) that you purchase directly from DIYawards. Products may be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restock fees. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a DIYawards error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged. To return products, you must contact our customer service to obtain a "Return Authorization Code" for you to include with your return. You must ship the products to DIYawards within five (5) days of the date that DIYawards issues the "Return Authorization Code". You must return product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fee for returning or exchanging product.
- Third Party Trademarks:
Any products shown on this Site bearing third party logos, insignias or trademarks are to serve only as examples of our engraving capabilities and are not meant to suggest any business relationship whatsoever on the part of the trademark owner with DIYawards, its products, its catalog or this web Site. DIYawards respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement on DIYawards's Web site, please contact our customer service agent and follow our Procedures for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
- Copyrights and Trademarks:
All text, graphics, user interface, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled by DIYawards, and is protected bylaw, including but not limited to, United State copyright and trademark law, as well as other state, national and international laws and regulations. Except as indicated, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other web Site or medium for any commercial enterprise, without DIYawards's express prior written consent.
- Use of the Site:
You agree that you will use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any of the services offered on the Site by any means. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable large load on the infrastructure of the Site.
- Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold each officer and/or employee of DIYawards, its subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses), made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of DIYawards's Site, the violation of the Agreement by you, or the infringement by you.
- Disclaimers:
DIYawards doesn't promise that the Site or any content, service or feature of the Site will be error free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. The Site and its content are delivered on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. DIYawards shall not be held responsible in any way for possible errors or omissions in the information available herein. DIYawards makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the information contained or referenced herein is accurate or complete. In addition, DIYawards reserves the right to make changes or corrections from time to time without notice or obligations, and will not be liable in any way for possible consequences of such changes. DIYawards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use DIYawards's Site. You assume total responsibility for your use of the site. Your sole remedy against DIYawards for dissatisfaction with the site or any content is to stop using the site or any such content.
- Governing Law:
You agree that all matters relating to this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Delaware, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
