How do I add an image to my award?

• Every piece of our award items are handcrafted and beveled to perfection.
  1. Browse and select your product
  2. Click on "Personalize It" at the bottom of the product page to go to "DIY Wizard".
  3. Click on "Add Image" at the left of the "DIY Wizard Page".
  4. Select the file to upload to DIYawards.
  5. Click on the "Open" to upload your image.
  6. Once available on screen, you may resize, rotate, drag & drop the image to suite your requirements

What types of image files do you accept?

• At DIYawards, we focus on creating a simple and straight forward award buying experience. We eliminated some of previous artwork submission requirements to make it easier for our customers.


• We offer online submission for most commonly used image file formats such as a .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg or .png.


• For vector drawing format such as an .eps, .ai, .cdr, e-mail artwork to order@DIYawards.com with your order number.

What are involved in artwork set-up process?

• At DIYawards, digital image is not necessarily considered production ready when creating crystal awards. Some thin lines and images may not be re-produced at the thickness or size submitted. It may require additional touch-up, redraw and other necessary alterations to make it production ready.


• Our experienced will make those image/text alterations, design the customized layout and submit for your approval within 24 hours after your order submission. No production is ever started without your final approval. You will always have the option to make changes once you receive your initial proof.

How much does set-up charges cost?

• Set-up charges are always built into the price of the product you purchased from us and offered to you free of charge.
